Characters:
Raymond Lam:
The handsome doctor of the ER department, he is smart, sarcastic and extremely charming. He has an on-and-off relationship with the vice-chair of the hospital, Tavia Yeung and is a playboy by nature. He never seems to take his work seriously but truly hopes to get results from all the years he had spent in university. He can be considered the hospital’s love doctor.
Tavia Yeung:
The beautiful, smart and straight-forward vice-chair of Yan Oi Hospital, she is the god-daughter of the chairman of the hospital, Damian Chung. She is serious and is there to control Raymond’s he and-off relationship with Raymond does not help things at all as she finds it hard to say no to him.
Selena Li:
Selena is the rich daughter of a businessman. She comes from London where she did her degree in Cardiology and now returns to Hong Kong with her best friend, Kate Tsui to work in Yan Oi Hospital. She is compassionate, sweet and innocent. She is placed under the wings of skilled Cardiologist, Kenneth Ma but finds herself attracted to the love doctor.
Bosco Wong:
Bosco is a doctor in Yan Oi Hospital under the neurology department and has always been an ambitious man. He is a ethical man and extremely serious about his work. He and nurse Natalie Tong were once involved in a relationship but broke up shortly after when he couldn’t stand how nice she was to him. He didn’t feel worthy and eventually embarks of a relationship with Linda Chung.
Linda Chung:
The daughter of the chairman of Yan Oi Hospital, she is first feared by her colleagues but to their relief, she is a nice and innocent girl who just wants to be taken for someone other than ‘the boss’s daughter’ and hopes to be known for her capabilities. She finds love in the arms of neurologist, Bosco Wong but realises that he has an ex-love.
Ron Ng:
A new doctor in the ER department, he descended from California. He has good looks and finds that he can get along well with colleague Raymond and eventually finds himself attracted to vice-chair, Tavia. He was at one point involved with Natalie but they wrapped up and he finds his true love. This embroils in a painful love triangle between his friend and the love of his life.
Kenneth Ma:
The smart, cold and collected head of the Cardiology department, he is described as a proud and cocky doctor. He is talented and finds that he has an equal in the hospital, who is Raymond Lam. The two are exact copies of one another but simply cannot hit off. He is given two new students, Selena and Kate who happen to be from well-off families but he holds no regard for any of that.
Kate Tsui:
She is the stubborn, rich daughter of a close friend of Damian Chung. She returned from London to work in Yan Oi Hospital and was placed under the fiercest teacher, Kenneth Ma but the spoilt Kate will not budge even if the man is her elder. This leads to constant bickers between the two and yet, she finds herself ever so attracted to him as she breaks through his hard shell.
Natalie Tong:
A sweet and down-to-earth nurse at Yan Oi Hospital, she is extremely cheerful and full of laughs. She had once dated Bosco but he left her and then, when she thought she found love, Ron left her and at the hardest time in her life, she discovers she is suffering from cancer and will die soon. The painful love triangle she is involved in leads her to a path of pain and agony.
Couples
Tavia-Raymond:
This is the main couple of the whole story and their relationship is one that no one will understand except themselves. They have always had this bickering relationship but it is not that they wish to quarrel as it is the only way they know how to communicate with each other. They know what the other is thinking and eventually end up together but their communication method and the fact that though they love each other, they can never find it in their hearts to sacrifice for this love leads them to break up but they will always have each other in their hearts.
Raymond-Selena:
This can be considered the second couple in line and I really like this couple because they have this very sweet relationship. Selena is a newbie at the hospital and she meets Doctor Love and having been sheltered all her life, she falls for his cheesy pick-up lines because she really loves him. Raymond on the other hand has always found it hard to communicate with Tavia and then he meets this girl who is willing to give up everything for him. He finds that he loves her but Tavia has something she will never posses, the ability to read him like a book.
Bosco-Linda:
This couple has a very bittersweet love. Linda is a new doctor and has the whole hospital talking about her. She doesn’t want to be known as just the boss’s daughter and she meets someone who finally sees her that way. She finds Bosco who has this great fire burning inside of him that never seems to extinguish. She and he have great ambitions and dreams and so they fall in love. However, Linda finds it hard to believe that he has no care for her father and though Bosco loves her, he cannot help but always manage to take advantage of Damian’s status. This couple has no idea what they want nor are they able to know what the other wants, leading to a guessing game.
Tavia-Ron:
This is a couple that find love in each other. Tavia has been sick of being involved with Raymond and finally meets another man, a fresh face filled with life by the name of Ron Ng. Ron on the other hand has developed this strong bond with Raymond and since he is new, he is oblivious to their relationship. He goes straight in for the smart and capable woman and she finds in him the commitment she could never find in Raymond. She really loves him but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love Raymond and that is another problem as they both get their hearts broken once again.
Kenneth-Selena:
He is the head of Cardiology and is this smart and proud man. He meets his student who does not rebuke when he shouts but takes everything in and supports him even when he treats her like dirt. Kenneth thought Selena out to be this spoilt girl when he first heard about her and then is bimbo when he first saw her and then a crafty fox and great pretender when he scolded her and she kept quiet but through the one month of training, he realises that he had red her all wrong and he begins to fall for her but her heart belongs to someone else. She will always see him as nothing more than just a teacher and he cannot proclaim his love. He can only support her quietly from behind.
Kenneth-Kate:
This is the bickering couple that can never seem to get along. They started off on the wrong foot as he picked on her and she didn’t cut him any slack. They couldn’t agree on anything and though she was his teacher, she never showed him any respect. He couldn’t stand her because she was a spoilt rich girl that was too proud to be taught. She slowly sees his soft side and he gradually discovers her beauty and they both loosen their grip on the other’s neck only to see that their feeling had reached a new level but he loves another and she takes the back seat, supporting him and loving him only hoping for him to realise she is right there ready to catch him.
Bosco-Natalie:
Bosco found himself attracted to the sweet nurse in the hospital and of course they fell in love but there was never something there to hold them together and he slowly felt that he didn’t love her. He left her because he didn’t feel worthy of her deep love towards him when all this while he couldn’t find a reason to love her. She somewhat hated him for what he did and he never could face her again but then, when he discovers she has cancer, something inside his heart breaks and he cannot tell whether it is love or just pity as he tries to walk with her her last days and even threatens his relationship with his girlfriend.
Ron-Natalie:
This couple started like a shining star as he and she were like a transition in each other’s lives. He was new to Hong Kong with no kin and she was alone without her boyfriend. They dated and she treated it seriously but they broke off shortly when he found himself in love with another and no longer needed that cushion. She was alone once more and when she was diagnosed with cancer, he refused to visit her on the fear that his girlfriend would misunderstand and at that point she realises that they were never meant to be.

Myolie Wu: This girl is a leading actress but why is she only here on not on top with Charmaine? Well, basically its because she was left to lead this batch just like Gigi and Charmaine for the previous. Let me tell you, besides Charmaine, I think she left a huge impression on me. When I think of Golden Faith before I rewatched it, I always had Gallen in my head and I could forget the whole cast but him and Myolie. Let's see, I know she acted in Eternal Happiness but I did not really notice her and I actually forgot her participation in the whole show. She caught my eye in Golden Faith as the mentally deprived sister of Gallen and I never forgot her because to me, that was her best role and actually the one role I will never forget she played in. She was so sweet and cute! After that, I watched her in Family Man but honestly, at that time, I paid more attention to Flora and Sonija since her role was pretty insignificant. She got her big break in Triumph In The Skies as the lover of Francis and let me tell you, her fame soared higher than a rocket because that show did so well but honestly, Flora had better improvement but her character was touching because she almost died of sickness. Lost In The Chamber Of Love was another show I watched but it wasn't for her, instead for Michelle she had no chemistry with Ron and Myolie was not good but Michelle apparently got so angry, she left TVB. In Net Deception, all I remember is Wong He, Tiffany and Myolie's huge hair, not much of her character because she was hideous in that show! Following that, I watched all her shows. She had chemistry with Joe Ma in The Gateau Affairs and all that chocolate drew me to the show since the cake looked delicious and I still remember there was some chocolate ship that had alcohol or something. After that was Wars-Of-In-Laws which was hilarious and showed me the comedic potential Myolie had alongside Liza Wang. My mum loved that show and it also gave me this vibe that Liza and Myolie had this chemistry as Mother and Daughter. I watched War And Destiny but Myolie was outshone by Leila who had perfect chemistry Ron. To Grow With Love was watched solely for Selena because it was her breakthrough role but I admire Myolie for putting on so much weight just for this show and yet I hated the character because she was annoying with the whole wanting to lose weight and treating Kenneth like dirt. In The Drive Of Life, no offense though but Charmaine did a better job in chemistry with Raymond whilst sure Myolie was sweet but sometimes, I just don't get why she did so much for some guy who was a loser and loved him to the ends of the world. Wars-Of-In-Laws 2 was much better because it brought back the chemistry of the casts and my love for Myolie and I really felt for her. Plus, I must say it was better than the prequel in terms of comedy and meaning. Going on to The Master Of Tai Chi, I must say that I think Selena did better than Myolie overall since she carried off her role better and she was more likeable though. When A Dog Loves A Cat was one show I had anticipated since forever because Gallen was coming back! Though it wasn't great and I admit it was weird seeing them together because to me, the sibling vibe was still there but I enjoyed every bit of it because Gallen did a tremendous job, he and Bernice had great chemistry and though some consider it ridiculous but it had meaning to it and I cried so many times in that show. 2009 for Myolie is a bright year ahead since she has three sereis, Burning Flame 3, The Flirting Scholar and The Truth Of His Father. Myolie deserves to be the leader of this group!
Tavia Yeung: This girl is another one who lasted for very long in my head. I watched Eternal Happiness and can remember her in the show when I see her but if you were to ask me who acted in it, I wouldn't recall her but I remember her costume though. This is the same with Golden Faith since she wasn't important. When did she become a favourite? Once again it is all linked back to Gallen Lo with his The 'W' Files where she played Hong Hong and she was so pretty in the western outfits that I would talk about her all the time. That was when I noticed her. She had the steady rise. Twin Of Brothers was the show that I loved because of Fungyi and Yuk Chi because the girls were so pretty and the scenery was great. Tavia was beautiful and trust me, she looks better in ancient attire as compared to Myolie. I watched Shades Of Truth and I thought she was pretty but the role wasn't that great. She was then overshadowed by Sheren Tang in The Prince's Shadow but she really stood out in The Academy which made me love TaRo. I actually mistook Ella Koon for her in Revolving Doors Of Vengeance! She was okay in A Pillow Case Of Mystery and in Face To Fate I looked more towards Selena though. 2006 to 2008 were her years. The Land Of Wealth was great and Sonija was beautiful and so was Tavia while I really enjoyed her bimbo role in Dicey Business and I was so sad they killed her character off in On The First Beat because she was so pitiful and I loved her in Heart Of Greed. She was so much more likeable than Sheung Joi Sum and she and Bosco were so sweet. Me and my sister loved Jackie! Following, I got to watch Fathers and Sons in which Tavia was pretty in because I loved her hair and she and Wong He had great chemistry! She took on her first lead role in The Building Blocks Of Life but I didn't really watch it and she was a third party. Normally, I hate third parties, with exceptions. When Moonlight Resonance was stated to air, I had once considered not watching it because they said that Raymond was leading over Moses which most likely meant it would be tons of Linda which I cannot stand because something about me knew that there was no way Yu So Chau would be any better than Sheung Joi Sum and I was right. In fact, she was worse. However, maybe it was the hype of the show or the fact that I liked Heart Of Greed, but all I know is that I gave it a try and I was hooked. I dreaded RayDa scenes but it was Moses and Tavia that touched me most because they had great chemistry and the fact that Kate was so real and evil just helped. I loved the scenes when she cried in the phonebooth because I cried too. Sweetness In Salt was watched because the synopsis intrigued me but the storyline wasn't that good though Raymond Wong had good improvement and Tavia had a very likeable character. Upcoming, she has Stars Of Love and Beyond The Realm Of Conscience and I'm more interested in the second one since Selena is in it and they will play rivals!
Linda Chung: You know how I praised all the previous FaDans, well this time, I can't because there is next to nothing to praise about this girl. I hate her! I know its harsh and everything but I cannot stand her basically because at her age, she is being given chances that people older than her and more qualified than her cannot get. This is unfair because she is a lousy actress and the way tvb promotes her just makes me want to puke the moment I see her all over the news. Claimed to be the good girl, why is she in the tabloids all the time? Once involved with Bosco and then Moses and then Raymond! To me, something about her irks me because she has this thing that I cannot stand which is her looks. She is not pretty though from certain angles she is but sometimes no and something about her tells me she ain't that nice. I was okay with her when I watched Forensic Heroes and I kinda didn't like her in The Biter Bitten but she was bearable. She became unbearable in Heart Of Greed which is ironically the show that made her famous. Yoyo and Tavia have been there for so much longer and this little girl who is so many years their junior gets to barge in and steal that? They worked for it and she just gets it. That's why I hate her. Plus the role as Sheung Joi Sum made it worse because that girl cried over stupid things and playing pitiful with that annoying voice is even worse. They said she was strong and so if she really is then suck it up and move on. You don't cry because of this and that and you don't just get angry over every little thing. She never cared about Yoyo's feelings. It was like the world revolved around her. RayDa was a sweet pairing but now that I see them it is annoying. They were paired up in 2 lousy shows and its like their this thick sponge that gives out never-ending water. The overdose killed me immediatly! Then, the constant sweet scenes with Moses made me faint in a very bad way. It was like she was using him. Can't she tell he likes her? If she loved Alfred than stick with him. Don't use the idiot on the block. No offense to Linda fans. She and Moses had no chemistry. I watched A Journey Called Life and still am not convinced as well as Forensic Heroes 2. She starred in what 4 episodes and she gets to land on the poster! I swear, Moonlight Resonance was even worse. I watched the first few episodes with her in as the main and ever since then, I skipped every single scene with her, Raymond and Bosco! Her character was worse than in Heart and the thing that made things worse was that Raymond's character was poorly written and Bosco was even worse. She cried over every single thing. What right did she have to cry with Raymond when Bosco dumped her? She was this spoilt little girl that didn't want to be the third party, that detested her mom being one and ultimately still became one and she still cried like she was the one in so much pain. If you ask me, Claire should be the one crying her guts out. Not Linda. I skipped Legend Of The Demigods and went on to watch The Gem Of Life. I almost didn't want to watch it but then Gigi and Ada and all the other great casts just pulled me in. I'm glad I watched it because it was a great show and I'll admit that at some points it wasn't that good but it was not bad overall and Linda was an interesting character. I'll have to say she was good as the Paris Hilton because she was funny with her bimbo ways but Ada's existence made her look like this idiot when it came to smarts and schemes. She was pitiful and this was by far her best role. I'll admit I don't like her but her role in that show was good and I'll give her that. Her show A watchdog's tale will be airing soon and I might just watch Written To Life because the story sounds interesting. 
Kate Tsui: I liked this girl once and though she is not my favourite but she's alright. She was extremely annoying at one point of time and until now, something about her tells me she's kinda proud but nonetheless I think she's ok. I watched her in Rules Turn Loose and I thought she and Sammul really looked like a couple. To me, at first look, she wasn't pretty in that show nor in La Femme Desperado but she was gorgeous in The Price Of Greed and I loved her from that show. Even though she and Bosco didn't have that much chemistry, she and Sammul did and she wasn't very stupid but Shirley was cuter. I watched The Brink Of Law for the sake of Bernice and Shirley and Kate looked horrid in that show. If not for her chemistry with Ron, I would've skipped all her scenes but in fact she wasn't important in that show and showed no improvement unlike Shirley. I hated her in On The First Beat with her annoying acting and role and she and Ron looked horrid with her boyish hair and her character and the fact that Fala and Bernice outshined her in Steps didn't help. I skipped Speech Of Silence but her role in Moonlight Resonance was outstanding and added on to the list of how I remembered her. Usually, when Kate came to my head, I would think of Lan Ping but now another one I'll remeber will be Ka Mei. She was pretty in The Four but lacked chemistry with Raymond and the way she treated him was sad. I watched the first few episodes of Man In Charge because I thought she might be able to do comedy but she sucks at it because all she did was shout at Kenneth which was not very entertaining. Now, she is going to release her first album and trust me, she cannot sing live which means she cannot sing well. She should brush up on her acting first. She has two shows coming up which is The Beauty Of The Game and Medicine Of Heaven which I might or might not watch.
The triad leader who recently rose to power in Taiwan is now in Hong Kong setting up his own turf. Advancing quickly due to the sudden demise of Tsun Hing and its leader, he takes over as new head. His wife, Ho Fa and sister Yip Ling Fung, Michelle comes over with him and they engage in all sorts of illegal activities. He is strong-willed and rational. He loves his family dearly but it is that very love that will lead to his downfall. I chose Raymond because I realised that there was always a big brother in the show to lead and as tvb's next big brother, he should try on this type of dark character for once instead of goody-two-shoes all the time. Besides he has great chemistry with Tavia and I want to see a Fungyi pairing.
The wife to Michael, Ho Fa returned from Japan and on one holiday met her husband. Things propered and they fell in love but having her brother be a cop makes things no easier for her and on one case, he dies in the hands of a fellow cop and because of this, Fa lets go of everything to become Michael's wife and when she returns to Hong Kong, she meets ex-lover Ron Ng, now head of Narcotics and she still finds that she loves him deeply but as a married woman, who will she choose? One wrong move and everything could burst into flames. I chose Tavia because she and Ron have really good chemistry and since she's so famous now, they might as well give it a try and the change in character is pretty significant.
The head of Narcotics, he rose to fame as the guy who busted Tsun Hing but in a place like Hong Kong, when one triad falls, another one takes over. Now, he begins to regret bringing down Kong Sai Hau for the new triad leader has an even shadier past and even more underhand methods. But the main problem distracting Man from doing his job is the fact that Michael Yip's wife happens to be the women he had betrayed, left and finds he still truly loves. Battling between using her or loving her, he is afraid however of losing her like how he had lost Yau Yau. He makes the most stupid decision as a cop but the most romantic as a man and quits his job to enter the triads. However his past deeds as the undercover was certainly not forgotten by those within Tsun Hing and certainly not unknown by Michael. However the two manage to build up a strong trust until Michael realised he was betrayed. Well, this is Ron's show so how can he not be in it right?
The head of O-Gai and the close observer of Michael Yip, not much has changed as he continues to shine in the force and the fact that he is happily married with his wife and they are expecting a child. He develops a touching releationship with Ling Fung after she approaches him to be his informer. However the always cool Pak Kiu loses it when his wife and child gets killed accidentaly by Michael and he goes on his path of destruction. He betrays all the rules he learnt in cadet school and breaks laws to hunt down the one man who killed the love of his life and proved to Pak Kiu that everyone who mattered to him would die one by one. He starts to use Ling Fung by charming her and making sure he holds a higher position in her life than her brother and he suceeds in doing so. The once respected cop goes on the road of no return as he risks everything for revenge. I've seen Sammul never let feelings get in the way of his work for two sequels so I thought he should become a rouge agent and finally follow his heart.
The beloved sister of Michael Yip, she was planted by a previous triad bosses side to help her brother pave the road but due to her love getting in the way, her mission failed and she returned to Thailand to assist her brother. However, her love for King Fung never faded and she went to Cananda to look for him but he rejected her once more causing her heart to break and from then on, she trusted no one. She becomes cold and helps her brother run Tsun Hing and her wit makes it easy for her to run the police force like a hamster on a spinning wheel but she approaches Pak Kiu to be his informer as she wants to help her brother make up for past mistakes but what she doesn't expect is to slowly fall for him. However, she does not want to betray her own brother nor lose the man of her dreams and is rendered helpless. I chose Selena because after seeing her play Cat Lee, I'm convinced she can play cold very well and plus, she has great chemistry with Sammul.
Charmaine Sheh: I am full of praises for this girl. I practically grew up watching her and I never forgot her face. I was five when I watched Return Of The Cuckoo and I still remember the rough story becuase her chemistry with Julian Cheng was wonderful. I loved her when I first saw her. Her enter to stardom was very good and following that, I remembered she guest-starred in Love is Beautiful in like five seconds and then came Country Spirit. I've watched that show at least six times because it re-shows alot and it happens that when it does, I'm free to watch. It was a great show because I loved Jordan Chan. She has very good chemistry with most of her co-stars. Following that was Seven Sisters and she and Gallen were great and her character was so cute. I remember that when I was watching that show, I kept bugging my mum to tie to mini pigtails like her. After those few shows she was a favourite with Perish In The Name Of Love but Sonija was prettier so my attention went to her and then came Point Of No Return with Julian and again their chemistry rocked. After that was Angels Of Mission with Sonija and that show was so cool but it felt like Sonija was lead and then I watched War And Beauty but I preferred Gigi and Sheren and then came Strike At Heart but she was in the shawdoes of Nadia Chan who captured me with her beauty. Well, I'm a Singaporean so obviously I watched Yummy Yummy but Michelle Chia was better. My craze for her was in 2005 with Lethal Weapons Of Love And Passion though I must admit I liked Sonija better and in Dance Of Passion, Gigi was more outstanding but after that I think she led all and made reat impressions. She had great chemistry with Roger and so pretty after she became a star. I thought she and Raymond had stellar chemistry in The Drive Of Life but Jessica and Sheren fared better though her fashion taste was better. She showed me she ccould do comedy with World Twisters Adventure. Subsequently, I watched Forensic Heroes and When Easterly Showers Fall On The Sunny West and once again splendid job and her cop character was very likeable. I believe I will start to like her even more in 2009 as she has a comedy with Dayo which is quality approved 100% and Beyond The Realm Of Conscience. Recently it was said Heaven And Earth was cancelled but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. She is only leading the batch because Gigi left.
Sonija Kwok: This girl is one of the prettiest women I have ever seen, just behind Gigi my all-time favourite. I must admit though that I remembered her more clearly than Charmaine. She first entered in 2001 with A Step Into The Past which took my breath away with her ancient beauty. Following that, she got me stunned in Where The Legend Begins although she was the villan. You know as a kid, you tend to hate the bad characters but I really loved her and remembered her all the time and this applied for Perish In The Name Of Love. She began to rise with Angels Of Mission as the cool collected madam and Hidden Treasures with Bobby. She also led The Last Breakthrough but I didn't like her short hair and after Lethal Weapons Of Love And Passion, she disappeared for a while and returned with the beautiful role in Land Of Wealth. I loved the show so much because I missed her. Afte that, I watched all her shows, with On The First Beat and I loved her chemistry with Roger Kowk in DIE and it boosted her popularity which makes me so happy! I thought she and Wayne were pretty cute in Pages Of Treasures and she was the lead so she rocked but now it seems that tvb is promoting her again. Once again beautifully stunning in The Greatness Of A Hero but her hair was too big so it was a little weird but still, I loved her from the minute I saw her and until now, she is still one of my favourites. She has DIE again so I hope it'll boost her popularity again!
Gigi Lai: The Goddess Of Beauty is not an overstatement. I think she is gorgeous and youthful and sweet even at the age of 38! The funny thing is that she entered tvb even after Charmaine but rose very quickly. She should've been the first batch but she was from the movie industry so she is the second batch. I first noticed her in Fate Twisters but she really caught me in Riches And Stiches because she was gorgeous. At that time, I was a fan of Anne Heung but Gigi really stunned me. I remembered her face from then on. I then really fell in love with her in War And Beauty and convinced that she was beautiful and sweet. The funny thing is Charmaine entered earlier and she won Best Actress in 2006 whilst Gigi won the award after just two years in tvb which is very rare. She rose very quickly ever since War And Beauty. She had great chemistry with Julian Cheng but her short and red hair was ugly. I didn't really concentrate on her in Healing Hands 3 as Bernice and Moses caught my eyes better. I loved her in Charm Beneath and really pitied her character as she got cheated on but once again, the short hair though better but I prefer her with her hair long. She was brilliant in Dance Of Passion and I thought her chemistry with Bowie was better than ever because she really loved him and her costumes were gorgeous while her characer was much more different as compared to her usual roles because she played the smart and tough women behind Bowie. After that, it was smooth sailing for her as although her series Life Art didn't do well but just to let you know, I enjoyed it all the same with her sweet and perfect chemistry with Kevin Cheng but is she a left hander? She looks like a right hander. I finally got to see the chemistry between Moses and Gigi and they were so cute. She was a nerdy and ugly girl who never got the beautiful transformation like other girls in other series and her crying had improved as well as her acting as she played the comedic role of Jing Jing very well. Following that was her last role with The Gem Of Life and I was so disappointed and sad because it came as such a shock. Her role was great because she was simply gorgeous. Its like that was the prettiest I've ever seen her and I still pray she'll come back some day because she is a talented actress. The reason why I loved her so much was because she has no rumours and she loves her family so much. She deserves the happiness and I wish her a happy life.
Yoyo Mung: You know how I said I was a fan of Gallen and it was mainly because I watched alot of his shows. Well, I never really chose and it just happened to be him so I liked Flora and Kenix and Jessica because of him so this was the same with Yoyo. I first saw her in Healing Hands 2 and she had a very good start for a beginner since she was the lead so she captured me. She's not beautiful according to my mum and friends and I've come to realise that but maybe its her acting or her cold exterior that makes me attracted to her. I'm not sure but she can act and that's one thing. She became a favourite of mine in The 'W' Files and she never faded away from my memory because she was gorgeous as the cold, calm and collected Bai Su and it was Gallen she was acting alongside with since he has great chemistry with all his co-stars. She really stuck in my head. After that, I watched her in Spilt Second and though I didn't really like her story with Akex, I thought Claire Yiu was prettier and she and Patrick Tam had better chemistry but I must say that when she delivered the hallucinating scenes, she was impressive. Until now I stil don't get the plot and I've watched it twice! And then, after that if I'm not wrong I started to really watch tvb shows and less of cartoons. I actually watched all her shows following that. I watched The Charm Beneath and if you want to see an attractive Yoyo, don't watch that show because the wig was ugly though her character was really good and I liked how selfless she was for the sake of Moses but apparently, Sharon showed most improvement. She was pretty with long hair in Forensic Heroes and because of that, my sister became a huge fan of hers and she was ok in terms of acting but homestly, there wasn't much concentration on her and it was more on Bobby and Frankie. I watched At Home With Love and I loved her sweet chemistry with Lawrence which had improved since Healing Hands 2. After that was the phenomenal Heart Of Greed which I was by the way shocked that Linda was leading over Yoyo since Yoyo is like 10 knotches above of Linda. I thought tvb was blind and the same goes for Tavia. I mean they were in the industry way before Yoyo and its not like say they're lousy and they're way better than her. Personally, that may be one of the reasons I hate Linda Chung but no offense to all Linda fans. Yoyo was great as a thrid party because her character was much stronger and maybe something was wrong with me but I thought Yoyo woyld end up with Moses because they were quarrelling all the time but no such luck! Then she came back as lead with funny man Bobby AuYeung in Fathers and Sons which was so funny but she really became top on my list again in The Ultimate Crime Fighter though she wasn't the lead and Gigi pulled off better acting than she did but Yoyo was still stellar once more with the cool cop. Her hair was so ugly in Forensic Heroes and her role was small too because she left for a while but I still enjoyed her in that show though. She finally however gained the recognition with The Last One Standing but still I thought she looked better with Roger than Kevin and yes the show was great but she wasn't given alot of screentime although she was the only famous girl in that show. Her new show with Roger, Cordial Heroes is coming up so I hope it'll be good since its said to be a Truimph In The Skies 2.
Flora Chan: She was this pretty, sophiticated actresses that I thought looked like a European. It wasn't until many years later than did I realise she was raised there. Accurately, the first show I saw her on was on Healing Hands. But maybe I was too young for I couldn't remember anyone but Bowie Lam and Lawrence Ng. She really caught my eye in At The Threshold Of An Era. It was one of those faces I would never forget because maybe it was a conincidence but I happened to watch many of her shows. Following that was A Taste Of Love and she became a favourite immediately after Family Man but when Truimph In The Skies debuted, she was at the top of my list because I loved that show. Sad to say that after on of her best performances in To Get Unstuck In Time, she left and I have yet to hear from her since but rumour has it that she'll return with Bobby Auyeung and Selena Li.
Kenix Kwok: She is a beauty in whatever era and she never ages. I mean, the first time I saw her was in the show was At The Threshold Of An Era and I believed that she was already a beautiful women. My mum really liked her alot. Anyway, I loved the chemistry between Gallen and her so I went on to watch Take My Word For It, or at least my mum chose to so I followed and she was great as the cool officer. She and Bobby had killer chemistry and their story was really sad though but she still really caught my eye. Just to let you know, I had a pretty big stop in 2004 to 2006 but I still continued to watch, just not that much I remember that I loved her role in Seed Of Hope and it made me cry so badly I never forgot her after that. Following that was the grand production, Revolving Doors Of Vengeance and let me tell you, she was gorgeous but I heard that she gained great popularity for Shine On Me and Love Bond which I didn't watch and yet I want to. I caught bits and part of A Pillowcase Of Mystery but it was Ten Brothers that got me addicted to her and sadly, that was her last show. But, now, she is back for Born Rich which just wrapped up filming. 
Jessica Hsuan: The first show I watched with her was Old Time Buddy and I thought she had great comedic skills but sadly, her face didn't last long in my head. Following that, I watched A Step Into The Past and yes, she was pretty but I preferred Sonija so I failed to concentrate on her though I could roughly recall her face. It wasn't until Golden Faith did I become a fan. I loved her chemistry with Gallen and it was a great show so she stuck in my head. Following that was Square Pegs and I would never fail to remeber her participation in the show mainly because I could never forget Roger Kwok and they had chemistry. I went on to A Handful Of Love but failed to love it that much though it was a good show and yet, if not for her, I would never have seen Selena on screen. Jessica continued to stun me with her solid performances in Life Made Simple and I loved her character in Dicey Business as the addicted gambler but she really left me shocked with her sweet and mild character in The Drive Of Life and her hairstyle was so much prettier in the second half with short hair. She never really left tvb and is now filming Pearl On Palm.
Ada Choi: I first watched her in Healing Hands but the impression was not strong and even in part 2, I was concentrating on Yoyo Mung. I payed attention to her in At The Threshold Of An Era because she really could act and had stellar chemistry with Louis Koo. When did I fall in love with her? It was when I watched Where The Legend Begins. She was the most beautiful women I had ever seen and it helped that Sonija was in it because she was pretty too. She had great chemistry with Steven Ma and I kept rewatching it so I could never forget her face. Aterwards, I watched Fate Twisters but in honest fact, Gigi caught my eye better though I must admit she and Lawrence made a great couple. She then proved that not only could she be serious, she could also be funny with her role in To Catch The Uncatchable. I still love Dayo Wong! Afterwards, I watched Dance Of Passion and still I preferred Gigi but she really made an impact with the show and last year when I rewatched The Gem Of Life, I loved her and though she isn't as pretty as Gigi but her acting was brilliant. She has also finished filming Superwoman! 
I'm sure many of you are not surprised since they collaborated in the same show so it was either him or Kenneth. Now, I know that Kenneth is known for his good guy image but something about him looks more like a big man that needs to be in control and ron the more down-to-earth kind. I know that according to the media, it is a complete opposite, but this is what I deduce from looking at them and besides, a jerk in real life can play the good guy right? Jim is a 100% believer in his wife. He stands by her and stands up for her. He is the one thing Melinda knows is for real and the one person who loves her no matter what. He believes in whatever she tells him to which is why I think ron can fit this character for he looks like the loving husband. He is the one thing for Melinda to fall back on and ghost or human, he will pulverise them should they do anything to hurt his wife and considering their good chemistry, this is why I chose Ron.
